Rack Manufacturing Life Cycle Management
Planning - Ingest Rack Forecast for material delivery
TLA BOM alignment with Rack Integrator and Google PLM
Ensure Pricing is available for all supplied materials
Execution - Report in Rack WIP status from Rack Integrators
Manage and reporting of Rack Quality Outputs
Available to promise reporting
Open PO reporting from Rack Integrator

Develop reports to support rack manufacturing

Service Line 2: Contract Manufacturing Support Services

Staging Order Life Cycle Management

Order Intake, Validation, Confirmation - Order Status reporting. Resolving issues for orders
Resolve Master Data Management exceptions as part of order planning
STO management: Reporting on STO status and working with CMs/stakeholders for timely closure of all STOs.
CM Inventory Management: Reporting weekly on CM Inventory health, along with burndown plan.
