Job Description
We are seeking an Epic Tapestry Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Epic Tapestry with an emphasis on Utilization Management and a proven ability to implement, configure, and optimize UM workflows to support payer operations and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Support implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Epic Tapestry with focus on Tapestry UM workflows.
- Partner with business, clinical, and operations teams to gather requirements and build UM processes, including authorizations, referrals, and medical necessity reviews.
- Ensure compliance with payer and regulatory guidelines across UM workflows and documentation.
- Troubleshoot system issues, support testing cycles and upgrades, and maintain solution documentation.
- Train end users and promote improvements in workflow efficiency, data integrity, and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Epic Tapestry, including Utilization Management functionality.
- Knowledge of healthcare payer operations and regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, and support upgrades with clear documentation.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills across business, clinical, and operational teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience designing or optimizing UM workflows for authorizations, referrals, and medical necessity reviews.
- Exposure to cross-functional payer implementations and reporting improvements.
