Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Salesforce Architecture, specializing in Salesforce Integration and Data Architecture, to design and lead scalable solutions
Job Description:
• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Architect and optimize Salesforce data models to support business processes and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce platform architecture, including security models and governor limits.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach teams on best practices in Salesforce integration and data architecture.
• Drive adoption of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance for Salesforce implementations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications, with a focus on integration and data architecture.
• Build and maintain seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Analyze and optimize complex business processes to support Salesforce architecture and data flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues related to Salesforce integrations and data management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including integration specifications and data architecture diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and QA, throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Lead agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning, effort estimation, and delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
