Job Title: Backend IT Developer III - Sitecore Developer

Location: Jersey City, NJ.

Work Arrangement: Onsite/Hybrid - as required

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Developer with strong expertise in Sitecore architecture, C#, .NET, Next.js, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing Sitecore components and integrations, working with headless Sitecore, SXA/JSS, GraphQL, SQL Server, and Solr. PowerShell scripting experience is a nice-to-have.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, customize, and maintain Sitecore applications and components.
Work with Sitecore architecture, data models, templates, SXA, JSS, Content Serialization, personalization, and configuration.
Develop custom Sitecore modules and integrations with external APIs, analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
Develop headless Sitecore solutions using Next.js, React, and GraphQL.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, code optimization, and refactoring.
Participate in the complete SDLC from design and development through deployment and production support.
Work with Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to drive project direction.
Lead development teams and provide technical guidance and mentoring.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project planning.

Required Skills:

Strong Sitecore development and architecture experience.
C#, .NET Framework
Sitecore SXA, JSS, Headless Development
Next.js, React, JavaScript/ES6+, HTML5, CSS
GraphQL
SQL Server and Solr
Git/Bitbucket and CI/CD
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and software development methodologies.
Strong troubleshooting, optimization, and refactoring skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have:

PowerShell scripting
Experience with Sitecore Cloud platforms.
Experience integrating Sitecore with analytics and marketing automation solutions.
