Senior Change Consultant

Location preference Remote (Minneapolis-based would be ideal)

Description of work / project:

• The Senior Change Consultant will be supporting the Modernize Supply Chain Operations Product Model Enterprise Action and in FY27, the Modernize Supply Chain Operations Enterprise Modernization Enterprise Action and working closely with the VP of Product & Strategy to effectively enable, scale, and mature the Product Agile Operating Model and Product Agile teams across NMDP. This role will be critical for helping to assess & manage key stakeholders, create compelling change visions, and translate them into impactful stories for leaders and employees. The Senior Change Consultant must be a seasoned change practitioner, who brings a wide depth/breadth of experience leading large-scale transformational change who can effectively navigate and provide strategies for engagement, change resistance and adoption. The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in change management and communications and can provide not only the strategies and plans but also has the ability to operationalize (execute). In the near-term, the Senior Change Consultant will be plugged in to supporting a Product Agile Model pilot and planning for scaling of the model in partnership with the VP of Product & Strategy, and the VP of IT Strategy.

Performance expectations:

• Deliverables: Stakeholder analysis; Change impact assessment; comprehensive change management & communication plans; key messages & talking points; leader communications; readiness assessments and adoption/sustainment strategies.
• Expectations: The Senior Change Consultant must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of leaders. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, where change is constant. As a senior consultant, this individual must be comfortable working with senior and executive leaders (executive presence); be willing to consult and provide guidance & feedback, and challenge the status quo when needed.
