We re looking for a skilled QA Tester with strong experience in the Utilities domain to join an exciting onsite project in downtown New York. If you have a passion for quality assurance and experience with billing and customer systems, this is a great opportunity to work on impactful enterprise solutions.
Role Overview

As a QA Tester, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of critical utility systems, working closely with cross-functional teams on system and integration testing.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform System & Integration Testing for key utility processes
• Act as Test Lead for transactions including 810, 814, 820, and 867
• Validate end-to-end workflows across billing and customer systems
• Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure high-quality releases

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B)
• Hands-on experience in Utilities domain applications (CCB, Self-Service portals, MWM)
• Proven experience in test execution and test leadership
• Solid understanding of utility business processes and transactions
