Sr. Fullstack .NET Tech Lead

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of full stack applications using .NET (C#) and Angular.
• Take end-to-end ownership of technical delivery, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Act as the primary technical authority for the team, driving design decisions and best practices.
• Provide hands-on contributions to critical parts of the system while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Mentor and guide engineers, performing code reviews and elevating overall team capability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Drive technical discussions, resolve ambiguities, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and technical challenges early, and proactively drive resolution.
• Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex production issues and root cause analysis.

What You Know:

• 8 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core / C# for backend services and APIs.
• Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable, distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, and full stack architecture.
• Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MSSQL) and data modeling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role, owning delivery and guiding teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate in high-pressure environments.
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to lead technical conversations with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS).
• Familiarity with microservices or event-driven architectures.
• Exposure to containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working in high-demand enterprise environments.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Compensation Band:

$130 - $135K per annum
