Director of Quality Engineering

• Strategic Leadership: The core mission is to define, lead, and scale the enterprise Quality Engineering strategy, focusing on automation, DevSecOps integration, and "shift-left" testing practices.

• Team Development: You will be responsible for building, mentoring, and growing a high-performing technical team of managers, SDETs, automation engineers, and QA analysts.
• Governance & Compliance: The role involves establishing enterprise-wide QA/QE standards, policies, and KPIs, while partnering closely with security teams to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Automation Drive: A major focus is spearheading the adoption of modern automated testing frameworks (functional, performance, security, regression) and embedding them deeply into the software development lifecycle.
• Cross-Functional Execution: You will partner across Product, Engineering, and vendor teams to oversee quality planning for major enterprise releases, driving continuous improvement and efficient defect management.
• Key Qualifications: The ideal candidate needs a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of QA/QE experience (with at least 5 years in leadership), and a proven track record of transforming QA organizations toward DevOps maturity and CI/CD pipeline integration.
