Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Windchill Solution Architect with expertise in PTC Windchill PLM, solution architecture, customization, and enterprise PLM implementations. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable PLM solutions, collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams, and ensure Windchill capabilities align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect enterprise PTC Windchill PLM solutions.
- Lead end-to-end Windchill implementation, customization, and integration projects.
- Define solution architecture based on business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, clients, and vendors.
- Implement and customize Windchill PDMLink, MPMLink, and QMS modules.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Lead technical teams and ensure successful project delivery.
- Support PLM practice development, solution pursuits, and technical governance.
- Promote knowledge sharing and PLM best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with PTC Windchill PLM.
- Expertise in Windchill Solution Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Windchill Development, Customization, and Configuration.
- Experience with PDMLink, MPMLink, and QMS modules.
- Strong knowledge of PLM Solution Design and enterprise architecture.
- Experience with Windchill Integrations and technical implementations.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience leading enterprise-scale PLM implementations.
- Experience with Proof of Concept (POC) through large-scale deployments.
- Knowledge of PLM best practices and governance.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and global clients.
- Prior experience in PLM practice development or pre-sales support.
