Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Actimize implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, particularly within the Fintech domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project management methodologies, primarily based on the Waterfall model
Provide training, guidance, and support to project teams
Manage project portfolio, prioritization, and resource allocation
Oversee project budgets, financials, and profitability
Identify and mitigate project risks
Track project performance using defined metrics and reporting
Manage stakeholder communication and expectations
Drive continuous improvement in project processes
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in project management with successful project delivery
Hands-on experience with Actimize implementation
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to align projects with business objectives
Experience in the Fintech industry is mandatory
Master’s degree or MBA preferred
