Role: Senior Technical Project Manager

Location: Cupertino, CA

Duration: 6 Months

CTC Rate: $60/hr

W2 Rate: $54/hr

Role Overview

Senior Technical Project Manager role focused on cloud adoption, Azure lifecycle management, and IT infrastructure delivery.

Responsibilities

Cloud lifecycle management: Oversee Azure environment setup, assess applications, manage workload migration, and ensure secure cloud configurations.
Delivery and governance: Facilitate Agile and Scrum practices, including sprint planning, technical resource allocation, and removal of development bottlenecks.
Financial oversight: Manage project financials, including budget forecasting, Azure cost optimization, and resource expenditure tracking.
Stakeholder alignment: Serve as the primary technical liaison between business leaders, architects, engineers, and vendors.
Risk and reporting: Track executive-level KPIs, identify project dependencies, and execute mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

8–12+ years of Technical Project Management experience, with a focus on cloud adoption and IT infrastructure lifecycle delivery.
Hands-on understanding of Microsoft Azure services, cloud architecture, data analytics, and DevOps pipelines.
Proficiency in Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, and project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.

Desirable Skills

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect certification.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification.
