Operations Specialist (Manufacturing) Beaverton, OR

What You ll Do
You ll play a key role in leading Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) efforts that make a measurable difference. Your work will help streamline workflows, reduce costs, improve quality, and support overall business performance.
  • Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives across departments
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities
  • Improve workflows and operational processes for greater efficiency
  • Support inspections, data collection, and reporting activities
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage document control systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Lead or support final inspections, including data collection and reporting
  • Communicate process improvements and results across teams
  • Develop and deliver training on continuous improvement methods
  • Collaborate with Production and Sales to track metrics and optimize performance
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • A track record of driving process improvements and managing change
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and take initiative on projects
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm or Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Pay: $26-27/hr depending on experience
