Job Summary: 
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with 8 10 years of experience in project/program management, project planning, data analysis, and team supervision. 
Mandatory Skills:

• 5+ years of project management experience.

• 5+ years of project tracking, planning, working with large datasets, and data-driven decision-making.

• 3+ years of supervisory or team management experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience managing project scope, timelines, risks, resources, and deliverables.

• Ability to resolve cross-functional operational and organizational issues.

• Experience coordinating projects across multiple functional teams and presenting updates to management.

• Actively pursuing PMP certification.

Preferred Skills:

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

• Strong communication, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery within scope.

• Coordinate resources, project plans, risks, and deliverables across functional teams.

• Track project performance, analyze data, and present progress updates to management.
