An organization in Tennessee is seeking a Digital Accessibility Analyst to support the evaluation and improvement of web and mobile digital experiences. This remote role focuses on accessibility testing, WCAG compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to help deliver inclusive digital products.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate web and mobile digital products for accessibility compliance and best practices.
Conduct manual and automated accessibility audits to identify issues and verify remediation.
Apply WCAG guidelines to guide design, development, and testing decisions.
Create user stories and acceptance criteria to support accessibility requirements in Agile workflows.
Present accessibility findings and recommendations to designers, developers, product owners, and leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a corporate environment.
At least 2 years of experience in digital experience design, UX research, usability, or a related field.
Strong working knowledge of WCAG guidelines and accessibility testing methods.
Experience with manual and automated accessibility audits for web and mobile products.
Practical experience using assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, VoiceOver, NVDA, and screen magnification.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
Desired Skills:
Experience working in Agile environments.
Background in digital accessibility support for UX/UI design and development.
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
Experience communicating technical findings to stakeholders and leadership.
