Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. ECS is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead and oversee enterprise cybersecurity programs within the federal energy sector. This role is responsible for program planning, execution, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, with direct coordination across federal stakeholders and technical teams.
Position Responsibilities - Lead program management of cybersecurity initiatives aligned with MSSP requirements by evaluating system architectures, security controls, and operational needs.
- Provide technical oversight and review of cybersecurity-focused project tasks, validating that implemented solutions align with customer expectations.
- Establish and maintain project management and quality control processes, including tracking progress, validating deliverables, and ensuring consistent application of best practices.
- Coordinate task execution, monitor performance, and ensure cybersecurity deliverables are completed in accordance with established requirements and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with federal frameworks including NIST RMF, FISMA, and NIST 800-53.
- Provide program oversight on budgets, schedules, resources, and contractual deliverables.
- Engage with stakeholders across the federal energy enterprise to drive program success.
- Monitor and report on program performance metrics, risks, and mitigation actions.
- Facilitate audit readiness, governance, and compliance reporting.
- Proven experience managing federal cybersecurity programs.
- Experience with compliance and audit readiness in regulated environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
- Serve as customer liaison and main POC for all interactions related to cyber-focused project tasks.
Salary Range: $170,000 - $200,000

Required Skills - Public Trust with eligibility to obtain and maintain a DOE "L" Level or DOE "Secret" clearance.
- 3+ years of federal experience managing cybersecurity programs
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- CISSP Certification
