Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Subject Matter Expert to support technology modernization initiatives, system upgrades, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, translate operational workflows into functional requirements, and ensure digital solutions meet quality, usability, and accessibility standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital accessibility and WCAG standards.

  • 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) testing.

  • 10+ years of training experience.

  • Experience with UAT, accessibility testing, and assistive technologies.

  • Previous State of Maine experience preferred.

  • Must reside in Maine and be available to work onsite as required.
