DescriptionThe Business Analyst will support multiple teams and platforms including guest-facing website experiences, sales and call center applications, and employee-facing tools. This role will partner closely with Business Units, Product Managers, engineering leads, and architecture stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment across a multi-year modernization roadmap.
Key responsibilities include gathering and refining requirements, documenting user stories, facilitating cross-functional discussions, and supporting roadmap and sequencing efforts. The BA will map existing workflows, analyze process gaps, and help streamline operational efficiencies across Sales, Compliance, and Membership functions. They will play a key role in organizing early-phase work where engineering teams are focused heavily on story refinement, architectural alignment, and planning.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in both legacy and modern environments. They should be able to drive clarity across multiple groups and stakeholders and bring structure to evolving needs in a fast-moving, transformation-heavy environment.
Top Skills:- 5+ years of experience working as Business Analyst within hospitality or timeshare environments, with exposure to sales enablement systems, compliance frameworks, membership programs, and employee-facing operational tools.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.
