A bit about us:

We are a national multifamily owner, developer, builder, and property manager. Because we build, own, and operate our own communities, our maintenance teams work in newer, well-designed buildings and have a direct line to the people who make decisions. We have grown consistently for over a decade, we are recognized nationally as a top workplace, and we are still adding communities across the country. Our teams thrive on purpose-filled work, an entrepreneurial spirit, and unlimited growth potential.

Why join us?
  • Owner-operator model, so maintenance is core to the business and not outsourced or ignored
  • Monthly commission eligibility tied to renewals, so keeping residents happy pays you directly
  • 3 weeks PTO accruing immediately, 9 paid holidays, 1 floating holiday
  • 401(k) with 3% company contribution, full medical/dental/vision, FSA/HSA, paid birth and bonding leave
  • 20% rent discount at our communities, free stays in our guest suites, fitness reimbursement, $2,500 referral bonuses
  • Small, tight-knit site teams where you are known by name and your work is visible
