Position: Fullstack Java Developer Pay Range: Depends upon experience Location: Dallas, TX or Middlesex, NJ
Duration: Longterm Contract on our W2

• Lead the design and development of backend services and APIs using Java Scripts
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, frontend engineers, and QA
• Mentor and guide engineers to improve coding standards and best practices
• Review code, enforce quality standards, and maintain documentation
• Drive technical decisions and contribute to the technology roadmap
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems for reliability and performance
• Stay updated with Go ecosystem and relevant technologies
• Strong proficiency in Golang and its standard libraries
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and caching mechanisms
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Proven leadership skills with experience leading development teams
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

All the responsibilities mentioned above are in line with the professional background and a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Business Analytics or Bachelor of Engineering in any stream or relevant higher degree education and experience equivalent are minimum requirements for this position.
