Job: Java Architect with Must have Government Agency & HIPAA Experience Required

Requested Qualifications
7 Years experience in designing, coding, testing, maintaining, upgrading (including deprecation/gap analysis) and debugging Java 8/J2EE distributed applications, including REST, domain model Microservices, Spring Boot, API gateway, web services, etc.
7 Years experience in API design and implementation (remote vs local APIs, routing and reverse proxying, load balancing, optimization techniques).
7 years experience designing secure applications using SSDLC, security APIs, transport and message layer security, encryption and decryption algorithms for data security, SAML and Multi factor authentication.
7 years experience using version/source control, continuous integration, deployment and testing.
4 Years experience in programming public sector government IT projects.
4 years experience with ensuring HIPAA Guidelines, including data encryption, are met and followed.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent in a relevant technology field from an accredited institution. A copy of the degree must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form.
