Summary

Elite Technical is seeking two ASE Certified Automotive professionals to provide classroom Training support to support our customer, a leading University who is supporting the United States Federal Government, in their Norman, OK office (will require to be onsite 5 days per week). Candidates with a classroom training experience is NOT required (just a big plus) as our client is willing and able to mentor/teach how to deliver classroom trainings courses.

We are seeking candidates that have prior hands-on automotive experience to deliver pre-determined automotive courses in a classroom setting.

The selected candidates will serve as instructors and will be delivering courses to adult maintenance professionals in a classroom setting.

- HS Diploma or GED is required
- Must be ASE Certified (Automotive Service Excellence) - Expired certifications would suffice
- Able to pass an extensive background check (criminal, financial, etc..)
- Any experience providing Classroom Training to adult learners is a BIG PLUS.
- 5+ years of hands-on Automotive experience - hands on experience supporting vehicles that are fully electric, hybrid and gas is required.
- Must have basic electrical circuit expertise
- Ability to condense and simplify complex information and communicate clear oral and written instruction.
- Ability to instruct adults with varied backgrounds and levels of experience in complex subjects.
