Must demonstrate proven delivery and management of I.T projects in manufacturing/pharma operations including:
  • Experience managing end-to-end projects related to shopfloor performance, production planning & scheduling, workforce/shift optimization
  • Background delivering real-time KPI tracking, operational dashboards, performance reporting across sites
  • Familiarity with integrated planning solutions connected to ERP/manufacturing systems
  • Exposure to Lean/Operational Excellence practices (tier meetings, standard work)
  • Experience coordinating operations, production planning, manufacturing excellence, IT stakeholders
