Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Enterprise
Location: Pleasanton, CA / San Francisco, CA (On-site/Hybrid)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team in Pleasanton. In this role, you are not just setting meetings; you are the architect of the pipeline. We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of navigating complex enterprise environments, ideally honed at industry giants like Google, Apple, Salesforce, or Oracle.
You will be the first point of contact for our future enterprise customers. Your background in big tech has equipped you with the resilience and strategic mindset required to penetrate target accounts and engage C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach campaigns, including cold calling, strategic email sequencing, and social selling (LinkedIn) to penetrate key enterprise accounts.
Account Penetration: Leverage experience from major technology firms to navigate complex organizational structures, identify key decision-makers, and bypass gatekeepers to secure qualified meetings.
Independent Research: Conduct deep-dive research on prospects, industries, and competitors to personalize outreach and ensure relevance in a competitive landscape.
Pipeline Generation: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline revenue generated.
CRM Mastery: Utilize and maintain meticulous records within Salesforce to track all prospect interactions, manage leads, and provide accurate forecasting to the sales leadership team.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company professionally and intelligently in every interaction, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services to potential customers.
Networking: Actively participate in local Pleasanton/SF Bay Area networking events and online communities to build a robust pipeline of future opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales role, specifically within a major technology organization (e.g., Google, Apple, Salesforce, Oracle, or similar).
Proven Track Record: History of exceeding activity and quota-based metrics in a high-volume, transactional environment.
Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with Salesforce is mandatory. Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly preferred.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to C-level executives.
Coaching Mindset: As a Senior member of the team, you should be able to mentor junior SDRs and contribute to a culture of high performance.
Local Presence: Based in or willing to work from Pleasanton, CA, to capitalize on the local talent pool and market opportunities.
