Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer with strong Python development experience to support backend services, data pipelines, API integrations, automated testing, cloud operations, and AI-enabled applications.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python, SQL, REST APIs, automated testing, cloud, Docker, and CI/CD experience. Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python-based backend services, microservices, scripts, and utilities.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate internal and third-party systems.
- Develop Python scripts for data ingestion, transformation, batch processing, and workflow automation.
- Write SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.
- Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, and MySQL.
- Support applications and data pipelines in Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure environments.
- Develop automated unit, integration, regression, and performance tests using pytest/unittest.
- Monitor application performance, logs, errors, API latency, and system reliability.
- Build lightweight internal UI/dashboard integrations using React, FastAPI, or Streamlit.
- Work with Docker and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, technical discussions, and documentation.
- Use GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools where appropriate.
