Overview

Seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives supporting enterprise applications, marketing platforms, and rights management systems. This is a hands-on project/program management role requiring strong technical understanding, Agile delivery experience, and practical use of AI-assisted tools to improve project execution, reporting, dashboards, and risk management.

The ideal candidate is highly proactive, flexible, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership without waiting for direction.

Must-Haves

• 7+ years of Technical Project Management or Technical Program Management experience leading complex technology initiatives.


• Must come from a technical project/program management background not Product Management.


• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple applications, systems, and technical teams.


• Experience partnering with Software Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, UX, and business teams.


• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding/productivity tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms.


• Experience leveraging AI for project/program management, including dashboards, reporting, risk identification, status updates, task management, or workflow automation.


• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies.


• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Smartsheet for project planning, tracking, resource management, and reporting.


• Experience managing project dependencies, risks, issues, roadmaps, priorities, and resource capacity across multiple teams.


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with technical leads, business leaders, executives, and vendors.


• Demonstrated ownership mindset proactive, self-directed, and able to identify and address issues without waiting for instruction.


• Must be flexible, adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable with shifting priorities.


• Strong conflict-resolution, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work onsite in Glendale four days per week without exception.
