Role Summary

We are looking for a Tech Manager with strong Oracle Fusion expertise to lead implementation, integration, and support initiatives across enterprise banking platforms. This role requires deep functional-technical knowledge along with team and delivery management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Fusion HCM/ERP implementation and support programs
Manage technical teams, delivery planning, and stakeholder communication
Oversee configuration, integrations, data migration, and reporting
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and enterprise standards
Drive issue resolution, performance improvements, and system enhancements
Coordinate with business, vendors, and leadership for project success

Required Skills

10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion / Oracle HCM / Oracle ERP
Strong expertise in implementation, configuration, and integrations
Experience managing end-to-end project delivery and teams
Knowledge of Payroll, Finance, or HR modules
Exposure to banking or financial services domain
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations and reporting tools
Prior onsite client engagement in the US
Certification in Oracle Fusion modules
