Agile Coach/Scrum Master

Role Overview:
In this role, you will act as a hands-on Scrum Master managing 2–3 Agile teams, driving delivery alignment, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring adherence to Agile best practices. You’ll play a key role in improving team performance, resolving impediments, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing Agile culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective Agile execution
• Manage Jira and ServiceNow activities (work items, dependencies, risks)
• Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking
• Support monthly and quarterly metrics reviews
• Identify risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities
• Coach teams on Agile principles and practices
• Foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with product lifecycle and business goals

Required Qualifications:
• 7–10 years of overall experience with strong Agile background
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple teams
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum required)
• Strong experience with Jira (ServiceNow is a plus)
• Background in banking/finance domain (capital markets preferred)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
• CSM or PMI-ACP certification
• Experience with Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD)
• Exposure to Power BI / Tableau (nice to have)
• Strong emotional intelligence and team management skills
