Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HR Tech Resource to support, enhance, and integrate Oracle HR technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, HR business processes, integrations, technical troubleshooting, and production support.
The resource will work closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable Oracle HR solutions and ensure the stability and performance of HR technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior-level technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle HR applications.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HR technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement Oracle HCM configurations and enhancements.
  • Support Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Time & Labor.
  • Develop and support integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party applications.
  • Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL, and other Oracle integration technologies.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with HR functional teams, developers, integration teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Support data migration, data conversion, and validation activities.
  • Develop technical specifications, integration documentation, and solution designs.
  • Participate in system testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Monitor system performance, integration failures, and data-related issues.
  • Support Oracle quarterly releases, regression testing, and impact analysis.
  • Ensure solutions follow Oracle best practices, security standards, and organizational policies.
Required Skills
  • 12+ years of experience in Oracle HR/HRIS technology.
  • Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and HR technology.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM integrations.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP Web Services and APIs.
  • Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, and BI Publisher.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with HR data.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM security, roles, and data access.
  • Strong troubleshooting and production-support experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Oracle Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, and Time & Labor.
  • Experience with Fast Formula.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Reporting, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Experience with third-party HR systems and integrations.
  • Experience with data conversion and migration projects.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience supporting Oracle HCM quarterly updates/releases.
Education
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
