QA Test Analyst (Manual & Automation)

Job description:
We are looking for a Functional Tester with 4+ years of testing experience, preferably in Healthcare, Integrated Eligibility, Health Exchange, or Child Care systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional testing skills, with experience in requirements analysis, test case design, test execution, defect management, and UAT support.
The candidate should have a solid understanding of batch process validation, data verification using SQL/DB2, and working knowledge of the Corticon Business Rules Engine. Experience in creating and maintaining RTMs, validating complex business rules, preparing test data, and ensuring end-to-end quality across application releases is highly desirable.
Strong experience with test management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, JAMA, and defect tracking processes is expected. Exposure to automation testing, accessibility testing tools, and public sector Health & Human Services (HHS) programs will be an added advantage.
