Description

This is a horizontal organization that supports the entire enterprise. There are 3 main areas that the manager harped on for this position. Every day in this organization is different due to having over 150 ops and supporting the entire enterprise of over 300,000 end users to give perspective on how complex and large this environment is. This organization oversees the portfolio execution function within the Developer Experience space of Global Technology. The team is responsible for ensuring engineering productivity, operational stability, governance, and developer focused platform capabilities across a large and complex technology ecosystem. Core Responsibilities Managing delivery leads and execution governance for developer experience initiatives. Overseeing QA processes for deployment evidence and compliance. Ensuring engineering and DevEx deliverables are met across multiple application teams. Coordinating a large hybrid workforce (approximately 65% onshore / 35% offshore). Partnering with Risk and Change Management functions for continuous audit readiness. Supporting developer focused platforms, CI/CD tooling, and modernization initiatives. Key Platform & Technology Areas Majority of the application portfolio leverages Java based technologies. Support for a large internal CI/CD platform used by tens of thousands of developers. Active work across engineering productivity platforms, cloud adoption, and tool consolidation. Involvement in enterprise modernization programs including: o Managed Software Development (MSD) o CI/CD pipeline simplification o Developer tooling centralization o Source code intelligence tooling adoption o Change simplification and workflow streamlining Strategic Priorities Strengthening governance and engineering standards across Global Technology. Driving enterprise wide adoption of developer platforms. Rolling out AI enabled solutions, including: o Productivity tooling o "Agent" based workflows o Metrics and governance models for AI platforms Reducing operational risk and audit findings through automation and platform consolidation. Supporting cloud strategy to mitigate upgrade failures, reduce complexity, and standardize tooling. Delivering cost efficiency outcomes through AI and improved engineering processes. Managing funding cycles tied to enterprise special projects and emerging technology initiatives.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $65.00/hr.
