Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager Supply Chain AI to lead and support the development and adoption of AI-driven supply chain products across multiple operating companies (OpCos).
This role requires a strong operator, communicator, and strategic thinker who can work closely with business stakeholders, data science teams, and engineering teams to translate operational needs into scalable AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will understand AI/ML product development, supply chain operations, and cross-functional program delivery, and will help drive AI adoption from concept through deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with operating companies (OpCos), product teams, and leadership to align on Supply Chain AI initiatives and priorities.
Translate business and operational requirements into clear technical requirements for data science and engineering teams.
Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and product teams to drive development and delivery of AI-powered solutions.
Support end-to-end AI product lifecycle, including ideation, development, testing, and deployment.
Ensure clear communication and alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Connect AI capabilities with real operational outcomes to improve supply chain efficiency and decision-making.
Drive execution discipline, roadmap alignment, and program governance across multiple initiatives.
Help scale AI adoption across supply chain operations and operating companies.
Manage program risks, dependencies, and priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Required Skills
Experience managing AI / Machine Learning product or program initiatives
Strong understanding of Supply Chain operations or Supply Chain Analytics
Experience working with Data Science and Engineering teams
Ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions
Experience managing cross-functional programs and stakeholders
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience delivering AI products from concept to deployment
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Supply Chain AI use cases such as:
Demand forecasting
Inventory optimization
Logistics optimization
Supply planning
Familiarity with Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and AI platforms
Experience working in Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Supply Chain environments
Background in Product Management, Program Management, or AI Strategy
