Title: Banking Hardware Engineer

Location: Irving, Tx

• The Hardware Engineer should have experience with retail banking and branch technologies including
• ATMs
• Cash Recycler devices
• Teller and branch workstation peripherals
• Selfservice banking equipment
• Other specialised branch hardware platforms

Key responsibilities include

• Assessing and certifying niche branch hardware components to ensure compliance with the companies hardware, software and operational standards
• Partnering with Security Engineering to integrate security controls and mitigate technology risks
• Working with Network Engineering to validate infrastructure and connectivity requirements
• Conducting hardware compatibility performance and resiliency testing
• Supporting vendor engagement technical evaluations and lifecycle management activities
• Providing engineering expertise for branch modernization and technology refresh initiatives.
