Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support large-scale enterprise modernization initiatives. This position focuses on eliciting requirements, optimizing business processes, and supporting testing and adoption across teams.

Key Position Details

Role: Business Analyst
Work Arrangement: Remote (Must reside within 50 miles for occasional onsite needs)
Location: Salem, OR
Interview Mode: Webcam or In-Person

Core Responsibilities & Highlighted Skills

Requirements Elicitation & Process Mapping: Facilitate interviews and workshops to translate business needs into User Stories, AS-IS/TO-BE Process Maps, business rules, and SOPs. Maintain requirements traceability.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Create UAT Test Cases, participate in execution, document test results, and manage defect resolution.
Data & Technical Modernization: Collaborate with cloud/relational data platforms while ensuring Data Governance, Privacy, and Security best practices. Translate technical solutions for business teams.
Change Management & Training: Develop End-User Training Materials, lead train-the-trainer sessions, and drive continuous workflow adoption.

Must-Have Candidate Qualifications

Strong experience in Requirement Gathering, BPMN/Process Mapping, and Agile/User Story Writing
Hands-on involvement in UAT Planning & Execution
Familiarity with Data Platforms (Cloud/SQL) and Data Governance
Proven workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Location requirement: Based within 50 miles of Salem, OR
