*This is an exempt position. Salary commensurate with experience ($80,000 - $100,000)* 

Overview:  

We are seeking a Medicaid Documentation Quality Assurance Analyst who will support our client. This is not a QA Tester position. The selected candidate for this role will be expected to review Word, Excel, and Visio documents, and perform Quality Assurance on those existing documents to ensure that they meet the needs of the project. The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional attention to detail to correct formatting, grammar, and identify any content gaps prior to deadlines. Candidates with experience in Medicaid Systems Knowledge and integrated eligibility are strongly preferred. 

Duties:  

• Conduct quality assurance / quality control checks on project deliverables and work products based on established quality templates and style guides, standards, and checklists  

• Report on progress on a regular basis  

• Update the QA team tracker for in-flight and upcoming tasks  

• Maintain the deliverable tracking dashboard to create leadership status reports on current and upcoming deliverable activity 

Mandatory Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience as a QA or project Analyst working with Microsoft Project to review, analyze, and edit documents 

• 2+ years demonstrating knowledge of Medicaid systems and ability to quickly absorb new information 

• 5+ years of experience working with Integrated Eligibility related projects 

• Excellent attention to detail for reviewing project documents and work products based on QA checklists  

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite for copy-editing project documents and work products  

• Familiarity with Microsoft Visio  

• Ability to collaborate with project stakeholders and team leads to drive deliverable completion by project deadlines  

• Excellent written communicator that can work with project team members to effectively convey any identified gaps and what needs to be fixed  

• Ability to self-manage task completion to established deadlines 

• Self-starter  

• Ability to work in ambiguity  

• Proactive communicator 

Desirable Qualifications:  

• Familiarity with operating based on established processes defined by the Project Management Plan  

• Ability to plan head on project tasks based on team capacity 

• PMP Certification 
• ​​​​​​​Associates Degree or higher
