Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead architecture design, solution strategy, and enterprise-level implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules.

This role requires deep expertise in platform architecture, integrations, and large-scale deployments, along with strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow architecture strategy and solution design
• Lead end-to-end implementations across multiple modules
• Design scalable and high-performance solutions
• Manage integrations (REST/SOAP, Middleware)
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements and solution mapping
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship
• Maintain architecture documentation and blueprints
