Job Title: Oracle Cloud Program Manager
Location: Southern California (Onsite/Hybrid – Local Candidates Preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)

 

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Program Manager to lead and oversee large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations, ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams including Finance, HCM, and SCM. This role requires excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and program governance skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Oracle Cloud programs from initiation through delivery and post-go-live support
  • Oversee multiple project workstreams including Oracle ERP, HCM, and SCM Cloud implementations
  • Define program roadmap, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Manage cross-functional teams including functional, technical, and offshore resources
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives and drive successful adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions
  • Establish and maintain program governance, risk management, and reporting structures
  • Engage with executive stakeholders and provide regular status updates
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices in program management

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in IT program/project management
  • 5+ years of experience managing Oracle Cloud implementations (ERP/HCM/SCM)
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and modules
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex enterprise programs
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project/program management certification
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Prior experience working with clients in the Southern California region
  • Knowledge of change management and digital transformation initiatives
