Python Developer
Location: Remote
Job Type: W2 Contract
Work Authorization: H-1B, OPT-EAD, GC-EAD
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain front-office applications for banking services.
- Engage in quantitative research and development, performing domain-specific data analysis.
- Contribute to the development of risk and pricing applications.
- Utilize Python, REST, and ReactJS for full-stack development.
- Work with both object-oriented and relational databases.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on programming experience in an object-oriented language, with Python being essential.
- 2+ years of experience as a senior developer on front-office applications in banking services.
- 3+ years of experience in quantitative research and development, with the ability to handle domain-specific data analysis.
- 3+ years of experience in REST, ReactJS, or full-stack development.
- Experience with object databases and relational databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Fixed Income products.
- 3+ years of experience in risk and pricing application development.
- Experience or knowledge of Trade Surveillance and Market Misconduct in Global Markets.
