Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect (CPQ) in Austin, TX.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) capabilities to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise quote-to-cash solutions. This role will serve as the technical and functional leader responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable ServiceNow CPQ solutions that streamline product configuration, pricing, quoting, approval workflows, and sales operations processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design:
* Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of ServiceNow CPQ solutions
* Define scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures leveraging ServiceNow best practices
* Develop solution blueprints, technical designs, data models, integration patterns, and implementation roadmaps
* Ensure alignment between business goals and platform capabilities
CPQ Strategy & Implementation:
* Design and implement product catalog, pricing models, discount structures, approval workflows, and quote generation processes
* Configure complex product offerings, bundles, subscriptions, and pricing rules
* Drive optimization of quote-to-cash processes through automation and workflow orchestration
* Advise stakeholders on CPQ best practices and process improvements
Technical Leadership:
* Provide architectural oversight to ServiceNow developers and technical consultants
* Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to platform governance standards
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide teams through solution development challenges
* Establish development standards, coding best practices, and solution governance
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
* ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward certification
* 8+ years of enterprise application architecture and implementation experience
* 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
* 3+ years of experience designing and implementing CPQ solutions
* Experience architecting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments
* Experience with ServiceNow Sales & Order Management (SOM)
* Experience integrating ServiceNow with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms
* Experience with telecom, technology, manufacturing, or large-scale enterprise sales operations
* Expertise in: ServiceNow CPQ; Product Catalog Management; Workflow Automation; IntegrationHub; REST/SOAP APIs; Data modeling and governance
* Strong understanding of quote-to-cash, order management, pricing, and sales operations processes
* Knowledge of subscription-based business models and SaaS pricing structures
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
