AIR Communities is hiring a Temporary Maintenance Technician at Pine and Parker in Parker, CO.In this role, you\'ll complete apartment turns, respond to service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general building systems. What You Will Do- Deliver professional service to residents and support fellow team members
- Complete apartment turns and prepare homes for new residents according to AIR standards
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and other building systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine property inspections
- Complete service requests accurately, safely, and efficiently
- Assist with move-in and move-out inspections
- Support vendor coordination and quality control when needed
- Provide technical guidance to other maintenance team members when appropriate
- Support additional maintenance responsibilities based on community needs and your technical skill set

What You Have- At least 2 years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing, facilities, building operations, hospitality, or a related environment
- Working knowledge of at least two technical trades, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, or general maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts based on community needs
- Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move equipment, tools, and materials required for maintenance work
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
