Job Title: Change Management Lead Content Supply Chain

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead with strong expertise in content supply chain operations and Adobe AEP Suite environments. This role will drive large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new configurations, releases, and processes across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate combines business analysis expertise, stakeholder influence, and hands-on change execution experience within digital, media, or technology ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities -
Lead enterprise-level change management initiatives for content supply chain transformation programs.

Analyze and optimize content lifecycle processes including creation, asset management, metadata, rights, localization, distribution, and vendor coordination.

Conduct readiness assessments to evaluate organizational preparedness for system releases and configuration changes within Adobe platforms.

Develop and implement scalable change management strategies for continuous ("always-on") transformation environments.

Partner with business, product, and technical teams to drive alignment and adoption across stakeholders.

Provide post-deployment advisory support to ensure successful execution of change plans.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and executive-level communications.
Required Skills & Experience -
10+ years of professional experience in Change Management, Business Analysis, or Transformation roles.

Strong expertise in content supply chain processes and digital content ecosystems.

Hands-on experience working with Adobe AEP Suite or related Adobe platforms.

Proven track record leading large-scale change programs in industries such as:

Deep understanding of subscription and consumption-based pricing models.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications -
Knowledge of structured change frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar methodologies.
