Role Summary

Project Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering large-scale, complex, high-risk/high-budget projects across multiple business units or functional areas. The role requires strong stakeholder management, project governance, risk/issue management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope/budget, and against defined success criteria.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and project management approach.
Establish and maintain project governance, including roles, responsibilities, decision rights, escalation paths, and change control.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage projects in a matrix environment.
Partner with business stakeholders, clients, vendors, and third parties to maintain alignment and resolve dependencies.
Provide regular project status updates, reporting, and decision-making information to leadership and key stakeholders.
Identify project impacts and proactively address risks or issues to maintain project integrity and successful outcomes.
Lead project kickoff, communication, governance, and ongoing stakeholder engagement activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
6+ years of project management and/or relevant consulting experience.
Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with project management methodologies and project lifecycles.
Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, problem-solving, accountability, and business acumen.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred / Industry Experience

Banking or Financial Services experience strongly preferred.
Software/technology industry experience is a plus.
PMP certification preferred.
Experience with project management tools.
