Summary

Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of data access management solutions. This role will focus on designing end-to-end user experiences and building secure, scalable, and compliant access workflows in collaboration with cross-functional IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the product strategy and roadmap for data access management.
Develop and manage workflows for requesting, approving, granting, reviewing, and revoking data access.
Work closely with business, engineering, governance, security, and compliance teams to define requirements and priorities.
Identify user needs and pain points across multiple personas and translate them into effective solutions.
Conduct discovery activities such as user research, journey mapping, and workflow design.
Balance immediate delivery needs with long-term platform and architecture goals.
Define success metrics and continuously enhance the product based on feedback and performance data.
Communicate product vision, progress, and decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience managing complex, workflow-based products.
Ability to deliver solutions involving multiple users, teams, and systems.
Strong knowledge of data access management, data governance, and IAM concepts, including RBAC and ABAC.
Proven ability to clarify ambiguous requirements and align diverse stakeholders.
Experience working closely with engineering teams on APIs and system integrations.
Proficiency in agile product management, including backlog ownership and iterative delivery.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with access management platforms and regulated environments is a plus.
