Role's purpose
This role supports the company s Digital Experience strategy by managing Nexthink configurations, implementing experience driven use cases, and developing automations that improve device performance and user satisfaction. The position focuses on monitoring and analyzing the DEX Score, identifying improvement opportunities, and enabling proactive remediation through Nexthink s capabilities. The goal is to reduce frustrated users and deliver a smoother, more reliable digital experience to employees.

- Nexthink engineering expertise (RA development, Flow automation, NQL, DEX analysis).
- Scripting & troubleshooting (advanced PowerShell, REST APIs, endpoint performance/root-cause analysis).
