We're looking for motivated
Structured Cabling Technicians to join a growing team supporting large-scale telecommunications and low-voltage infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity for individuals with cabling, construction, or telecom experience who want to develop their technical skills and advance their careers.
Responsibilities- Pull, route, dress, and label Cat5e/Cat6 cable according to industry standards
- Assist with RJ45 connector terminations and patch panel installations
- Perform cable labeling and identification to ensure organized cable management
- Complete punch-down terminations for telecommunications systems
- Support cable testing using tools such as Fluke and EXFO equipment
- Assist with fiber optic cable dressing and basic fiber handling
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Follow project guidelines and take direction from lead technicians and supervisors
- Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail on all installations
Required Skills- Structured cabling experience
- Cat5e/Cat6 cable installation
- Cable pulling and cable routing
- Punch-down and termination experience
- Low-voltage systems knowledge
- Telecommunications or data cabling experience
- Ability to work in a construction environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with cable terminations and punch-downs
- Previous construction or commercial installation experience
- Familiarity with cable pulling
- Fiber optic exposure is a plus

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Lenoir, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
