Job Overview:

Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr

The IBM FileNet Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise content management solutions using IBM FileNet P8.
The role involves building workflows, content management solutions, integrations, and full-stack applications while ensuring scalability, security, and compliance within enterprise environments.

Experience:

Experience in designing and developing IBM FileNet P8 solutions including content management, workflows, and integrations.
Experience implementing content ingestion, metadata modeling, document lifecycle management, and workflow automation.
Experience integrating FileNet with enterprise systems using IBM MQ, REST, and event-driven architectures.
Experience in full-stack development using Java, Spring Boot, AngularJS, and JavaScript.
Experience working with AWS cloud environments.
Experience with PostgreSQL database design and management.
Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop IBM FileNet P8 solutions including content management, workflows, and integrations.
Implement content ingestion, metadata modeling, document lifecycle management, and workflow automation.
Integrate FileNet solutions with enterprise systems using IBM MQ, REST, and event-driven patterns.
Build full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, AngularJS, and JavaScript.
Develop and expose REST APIs and microservices.
Design and manage data persistence using PostgreSQL.
Deploy, configure, and support applications in AWS cloud environments.
Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and enterprise development standards.

Should Have:

Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
Strong understanding of enterprise ECM platforms.
Insurance domain experience preferred.

Skills:

IBM FileNet P8 (CPE, APIs, workflows).
FileNet security and metadata modeling.
Java and Spring Boot.
AngularJS and JavaScript.
AWS cloud services.
PostgreSQL.
IBM MQ.
REST APIs and microservices.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
