Job Title - Workday Payroll Consultant

Location: Parsippany / Remote

This is a high-touch, on-site role requiring strong functional expertise in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence, as well as proven experience operating in complex, regulated payroll environments.

Requirement

1. Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking SME
2. Experienced with both implementation and postproduction support
3. Familiar with complex FLSA cycles and the new OT Reporting rules
4. Workday Reporting, Security, Scheduling
5. Very strong analytical skills is a must. - must be good at complex and nested calculations whether in Payroll Earnings, Time Off Plans, or Time Tracking (Our calculations sometimes will point to other calculations).
6. Having experience working with Union Rule Requirements is a requirement
