Are you an experienced CAD/BIM Electrical Designer looking to take on a challenging role in the Construction industry? We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating innovative and sustainable construction solutions. You will be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your expertise in electrical design will be highly valued. Responsibilities:

As a CAD/BIM Electrical Designer, you will be responsible for:

1. Creating and modifying complex electrical designs using CAD/BIM software.
2. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure designs are integrated and functional.
3. Developing electrical design standards and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
4. Conducting design reviews and providing technical guidance to junior team members.
5. Coordinating with project managers to ensure designs are in line with project specifications, codes, and standards.
6. Participating in project meetings and providing updates on design progress and challenges.
7. Managing all aspects of electrical design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
8. Assisting with the resolution of design-related issues that arise during construction.
9. Continually updating knowledge on new technologies and design approaches in the construction industry.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in CAD/BIM electrical design within the construction industry.
2. A degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3. Proficiency in CAD/BIM software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
4. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
5. Excellent technical drawing skills with a keen eye for detail.
6. Ability to work in a team and coordinate with various professionals.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10. A commitment to continuous learning and development in the field of electrical design.
