Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IAM DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in CI/CD automation, IAM tools, production deployments, and environment management.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in DevOps CI/CD processes for IAM tools.

• Hands-on experience with IBM ISVA, IVIA, ISVG, and SailPoint.

• Strong knowledge of LDAP setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Authentication protocols: SSO, SAML, OAuth, and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Experience with Jenkins, build and deployment processes.

• Strong Unix/Linux and Shell scripting skills.

• Java/.NET knowledge and Tomcat maintenance and support.

• Production and non-production environment deployments.

• System monitoring and health checks using Dynatrace or similar tools.

• Excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform code deployments across production data centers and non-production environments.

• Install, configure, and support IAM tools.

• Monitor system health and performance and prepare health dashboards.

• Troubleshoot deployment and environment-related issues.

• Work with global delivery teams.
