Summary
We're searching for a LifePRO Systems Manager. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for the stability, performance, and ongoing evolution of the Life Policy Administration System and enterprise production/application support. This is a permanent opportunity. Salary up to 185K + bonus and amazing benefits.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the LifePRO, including roadmap, upgrades, and vendor coordination
- Support escalated issues and ensure full policy lifecycle functionality (billing, claims, compliance)
- Partner with business teams to align system capabilities with organizational goals
- Maintain system performance, data quality, and documentation
- Ensure system stability through monitoring, triage, and problem management
- Lead support across key applications
- Analyze data and support reporting and system enhancements
- Provide on-call leadership during critical incidents
- Lead, mentor, and develop support team members
- Manage internal and external resources, including vendor relationships and SLAs
- Maintain support processes, escalation paths, and knowledge base
- Ensure compliance with ITIL practices, security, and regulatory standards
- Manage system changes, releases, and maintenance activities
- Maintain documentation and drive process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in technology, including 3+ years leading insurance systems/support teams
- Strong knowledge of life/annuity systems and LifePRO
- Experience managing vendors and improving service delivery
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow or Jira and ITIL frameworks
- Working knowledge of system integrations and enterprise applications
