Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Agile Coach to drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement across teams and programs. The role will involve coaching Agile teams and leaders, facilitating Agile ceremonies, improving delivery processes, and supporting organizational Agile transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, development teams, and leadership on Agile principles and practices.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning, and Scrum of Scrums.
Drive Agile transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and resolve organizational impediments, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
Establish and monitor Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, throughput, and delivery predictability.
Support adoption of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe practices.
Conduct Agile workshops and training for teams and stakeholders.
Promote collaboration, transparency, self-organization, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile transformation.
Experience working with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Ability to influence teams and leadership without direct authority.
Preferred Certifications
SAFe / SPC / RTE
ICP-ACC
Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
PMI-ACP or equivalent Agile certification
EDUCATION
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
